I like to start off saying sorry, but not sorry. I have to be honest. The customer service is terrible if you look behind the counter, you see a lot of employees no name tag to identify who is who i can tell, many people and locals can tell by their uniforms most employees are hanging around with the manager having conversations joking while customers are in a lobby waiting to pay or ask for forgotten food/condiments and thats not the worst part not only most of the time your food comes out cold to you the manager are not helpful at all most of the time instead of resolving a situation with re

honestly horrendous….. every SINGLE TIME i order here something’s always wrong with my order…. explain to me how i ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and i get the mango pineapple one, and i order a dr pepper and it’s nowhere to be found… honestly yall need new staff or something cus how……. and bag was completely sealed

Basic McDonald's food, my sweet tea was VERY sweet and undrinkable. They gave my family and I the wrong order 3 times, and they weren't busy. I went to get a bottle of water and had to wait 5 minutes when I was the only one in line, 2 workers in the back were doing nothing and one was on there phone, I had to ask 3 times to get my water. Literally go anywhere else in Miami.

Terrible service!!!! Lady made me wait while she walked back and forth 5x for a refill and then complained to her coworkers that I "cant wait" when I asked another worker since she couldn't help me. Restaurant was not busy at all. Absolutely rude and ridiculous. Look at your staff closely, this lady has zero customer service skills. Picture of the lady with the nasty attitude attached.
