Love the food, vintage vibe, and service of Flury’s Cafe and ate here every morning during our visit to the area. We had the eggs, hash browns, and sourdough toast and pesto provolone omelette which were both excellent. We also got a croissant with homemade blueberry jam, a cornmeal pancake, snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookie which were all wonderful! I also got their chai latte complete with whipped cream one day which was yummy! In addition to coffee they also have a nice selection of teas (loose leaf) - I had the earl gray which was fantastic! This was my 1st time at Flury's Cafe, and was really impressed. The Cafe was very clean, and felt very comfortable. The restroom was also very clean. I ordered the Country fried steak, which came with hash browns, 2-eggs, a biscuit and sausage gravy. Everything was cooked perfectly! This was one of the best tasting country fried steak dishes I've had. The biscuit was fluffy, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the hash browns had a crisp to them, but were not overcooked. I have kind of mixed feelings writing this, because I like that it's not swamped with people and still feels like kind of a hidden gem. They deserve more attention, though. It's a simple brunch place, but they have the sort of culinary ambition you'd expect in much more expensive, trendy restaurants. For example, weekly homemade jams with flavors like peach chai, and a pesto omelet that's amazing. I suspect they even make their own hash browns as opposed to getting them from a distributor. It's a lot more than you'd expect from a basic corner diner, but still has the pricing of a hole-in-the-w
