DONT GET YOUR MATCHA FROM HERE!The Venti drink was originally how both drinks looked like they are so light!!! I already pay an extra scoop of Matcha so why is it looking lighter than the standard recipe without an extra scoop? The darker drink is the one that they remade for me, but they added way too much milk which diluted the syrup so it has no flavor whatsoever I used to be a barista ratios are very important!! anyways, I went to the other location on Cypress (landings) because I didn’t want to ask them to remake my drink a second time

Ordered 2 of your new drinks and was excited to try them, only to be super disappointed. They tasted absolutely disgusting, a super bad burnt taste to them, we asked for extra cold foam and was charged for it, to barely have been given much on the top. Its interesting the price was cheaper through the app, which wouldnt work so we had to order in the drive thru and it was almost $2 more expensive? I will not be giving my money to Starbucks again, always a disappointment.

I waited in the drive through about 7 minutes to be told that the scanner was down and I could not use my app. That should have been stated upon ordering. I was gifted a Starbucks gift card and was told it was easiest to load on to the app to make payments… 😑 I am not asking for free things but the barista should have said that at the speaker while I was ordering, my time is valuable. I am very very disappointed in the team here, the girl couldn’t care less I mean dang talk about the customers loss. I had to look at the drink I ordered and drive away bc unfortunately I left my purse at home.

I went to Starbucks to see if I could get anything free for my birthday. They asked me if I had the app, I said no. They still gave me a free drink and wished me a happy birthday. I don’t want to mention the person‘s name because I don’t want to get them in trouble nor fired. I just appreciate getting a drink for my birthday(I did show my ID)
