This is an amazing local sushi place. Let me tell you they have been my favorite since our very first time and the last time they went above and beyond! My husband reached out to see if they would help us out for a date night and let me tell you they were amazing. They seriously went above and beyond and the manager took amazing care of us! We have been going to Edojin since we moved to Cypress in 2017. Mike and Yan have treated us like family since day 1. It’s the ONLY place we go for sushi. It is a neighborhood spot that has the fish quality of any in-town, bougie restaurant. Our most recent visit, Brooke took care of our family table of 8 in the heat of a Friday night crowd with no mistakes and impeccable service! Make this your new spot, and you won’t regret it!!!

I had a decent experience at Edojin Sushi. The service was good—staff were attentive, friendly, and kept things moving smoothly throughout the meal. That said, the sushi itself was a bit underwhelming. Many of the rolls felt like they were mostly rice and heavily covered in sauce, which made it hard to appreciate the actual fish. The quality wasn’t terrible by any means, but it didn’t quite meet expectations if you’re looking for fresh, well-balanced sushi.
