I waited for my Favs Omelette for 35 minutes at 8am. Pancakes and Omelette were cold which tells me the 1 and only waitstaff was clowning around on her phone. There were people waiting in the lobby which means managers are incompetent and invisible. The phone rang constantly and was annoying. If they don't know how to answer a landline, at least unplug it. IHOP is going downhill and not enough quality checks of their franchise. Does the omelette look like the advertising?

Poor poor food quality! Why is the bun and lettuce bigger than the meat patty. Burger dry and hard. Pineapple tasted like canned pineapple with the tiniest grapes. I had to get up and find the waiter a couple times. The he waiter attends to us with a smile though. No refills on drinks no extra napkins. The worst part is they served my son mushrooms twice and he's allergic to them. The manager just sent the waiter over to handle the issue . Just unsatisfactory experience overall

Small pieces of HAIR found in our food and very little sympathy from the manager, which I found very ridiculous. For context, we told our waitress there was hair on my plate and she said the manager could give us a refund (ended up only being about $1.7). We asked to speak to the manager face-to-face because I obviously couldn’t eat the plate. I moved the hashbrowns to another plate so he could see the hairs, and it was only until he found out there was TWO hairs on the plate, that he refunded me the whole plate (~$14). I don’t know why one extra hair made such a big difference in our refund.

Had a great experience at IHOP. The food was fresh and served quickly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. A special thank you to DeLisa for her outstanding service—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
