My husband and I had breakfast at Bowles Cafe for the first time, and it was excellent. We ordered the Bowles breakfast combo, and everything came out perfectly. We had an amazing brunch! We were strolling nearby and spotted a cute little cafe by chance. It was such a delightful surprise! It’s a typical cozy cafe with super friendly and efficient staff, so the service was top-notch. The food arrived promptly and was piping hot. We tried the house omelet and the steak sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious. The green chili was a real standout, and the steak sandwich had a fantastic cut of steak. We were just looking for a quick simple breakfast as we got a late start on the day and Bowles Cafe was close by. I’m glad it was. They welcomed us in and when we asked for a booth we were told that none were available, but then the second host (actually I believe the servers covered the host role as well, which does add to their work, but also means that they have a better understanding of what is going on) said “actually we are T minus 30 seconds to a booth.” This light and service oriented interaction set a great tone.
