I didn't receive my receipt. No one is answering the phone. Sat in line not moving for 20 min. Went inside. Had to use a kiosk. Frosty was melted. 1 girl is filling small chili to the top...other only filling halfway. They have no process. They are in total chaos.

This location is by far the absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I have given it several chances and it’s constantly a disappointment. The manager in the daytime is terrible And the food has sucked every single time. My order is typically wrong or it taste like they’re not changing out The oil or just reheating old french fries. Our last visit fries were terrible and the burger taste stale, how Disappointing. Also, the cost of their food has definitely gone up and now you have to pay additional to get a sight of sauce, I ordered several sauces to the drive-through the other day and none o

This is a solid Wendy's. No matter the time of day or folks on staff, my order is right and the wait is not atrocious. It's fast food, done the way I expect from a big chain. They don't even usually have the terrible AI taking my order.

Wendy's 8555 W. Bellview Ave I work at Home Depot store new this Wendy's location. Are Ticket # 3052 that was purchased at 12:02 Am. The 2 Baconator combos and Dave's triple was stuffed into a small bag. The fries were scattered throughout this small bag and they all fitted into 1 fry box. And the food was cold. I took a picture of everything and I called this Wendy's location to complain. I was hung up on twice. I would like something done about this as I have been a lifelong customer. Chris
