This was my first time eating here. We sat outside and enjoyed the weather. The customer service was exceptional! Our waiter was very attentive! I ordered the lemon pepper wings and they were ok. They could be fried a little more because they were still a little pink and they didn’t have enough flavor. The fried avocados were really good, I do recommend that.

We had a great experience at Baja Coop in Dalton! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We ordered the fried avocado, lime pepper wings, and a bowl with spicy shrimp. The fried avocado was absolutely top notch—crispy, flavorful, and definitely a must-try! Everything was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for tasty food.

I do not like leaving negative reviews but….My husband and I went there for lunch. It wasn’t crowded at all. We had to wait at least 30 minutes or longer for our food. My fish taco and steak taco tasted like the meat had just been warmed up. I took a couple of bites and put it aside. My husband liked his wings and fries. He has eaten there before and that’s what he usually gets. It was my first time and I just ended up eating some of his food. I was disappointed with the experience unfortunately.
