McDonald’s Dana Point California on PCH This location is tough to get into if you are coming from the south as you need to cross PCH. Service was okay but not personable. Tables, floors, bathroom and other areas not clean. Our order was wrong and the hot apple pie was in horrible condition. Way beyond any McDonald holding time. When we did get our food corrected it was very good.

Have been here twice and each time terrible. Chicken sandwich gathered in spicy sauce with. Chicken lukewarm at best. Fries half cooked. Won't be back.

I don’t wanna be that guy, but these people do not know how to make a sandwich. I ordered a fish sandwich, and they just put no tartar sauce on the sandwich. It’s not even put together correctly. I come to this McDonald’s every Friday for fish day. I prefer this location compared to my local one because I believe it is the best one, at least it was. I have never come here before and had such a horrible experience with a simple sandwich. I went back to the restaurant twice to tell them that I had no tartar sauce on the sandwich. Finally, my third time I went back I said just give me a container

Bruh, I ordered a medium hot chocolate for $7!!!! This drink is just pure water with a little of chocolate. I open it up and it’s colored white because it’s literally just hot water. This has happened twice already, never again.
