Drove thru your drive thru this morning and nobody answered so I drove up to the drive thru window and a girl said that her headset wasn’t working instead of taking my order she turned around and walked away. There were 3 other workers that just stood there and did nothing to serve me. This is not the first time this has happened.Corporate you need to find better help than what you have now. You are loosing business and good customers because of your help.

I have to say that this location is always packed is crowded inside. You can’t find parking outside. And the Drive thru is always full. My only suggestion would be that the owner would hire more personnel. Sometimes this place is be run by 3 workers and the way the customers are constantly screaming and yelling at them is not fair. As a customer myself I put myself in their shoes. They must be doing a wonderful job with the coffee and breakfast and donuts that is so crowded. So I don’t blame them this is for the owner get more workers. To the 3 workers taking care of a bunch of thanks !!!

This dunkin opens at 430 am. I came around 5 am and placed a mobile order. The lady working the window basically screamed at me so rudely asking what my name was (i doubt there were any other mobile orders) and when i got to the window she gave me my food and rolled her eyes at me!! i work in the service industry myself. Even with customers ordering right at open it can be frustrating sure but i would never be a dick to someone like this. i didn’t get her name but it was enough to never come here again. TLDR: Don’t order here when they first open cause you might get verbally abused lmao. 0/10

I want to report the employee working around 8:30 AM this morning. The girl with the braids was extremely rude. Having a bad day is not an excuse to treat customers poorly. I was very disappointed with how my order was handled. Let her go!
