SECOND REVIEW: 10/2025 Friendly Seating Suggestion Hello, I hope your day is going well. I live near the 63rd & Cass Starbucks and often stop by after work. I’ve noticed that many local middle and high school students like to visit together after school, which is great to see. I wanted to kindly suggest adding a long high-top style table in the open area to the left when you walk in — it seems like the perfect spot for groups to gather without disrupting the usual customer flow near the register and seating area. It could make the space even more welcoming for everyone and help keep the café

The Barista lady that passing orders got trash attitude with every customer including us who were very polite with her. My wife told she could be nice when we got back to pick up a missing item that she didnt even bother to tell us about, she said yeah I know but our drive is broken thats why 🤦🏻‍♂️ never going back again

I come to this Starbucks almost every morning and usually love my drinks, but today was disappointing. My matcha drink wasn't made properly-there were clumps of matcha that weren't mixed well, and instead of the usual nice layers with the cold foam on top, everything was blended together, making it look unappetizing. For the price, I expect better quality. Starbucks is already expensive, so when a drink isn't made right, it feels like a waste. I hope this was just a one-time mistake because I usually enjoy coming here! The first picture is how It usually look like

I am writing to express my disappointment about an unpleasant experience that happened recently at your store. My child politely asked for a cup of water, and the barista responded very rudely, saying, “You didn’t make a purchase, so I can’t give you water.” Our family are regular customers at this location and have always appreciated Starbucks’ friendly and welcoming atmosphere. However, this experience was truly upsetting, especially because the remark was directed toward a child who was being polite and respectful. We have never experienced anything like this at any other Starbucks.I am not
