I have went to Hardee’s tonight for dinner , I’m 9 months pregnant and was really craving a Monster burger. I always get the monster burger when I go and never had a problem but tonight when I went I got the wrong order that had different condiments on it so I took it back and gave them my recipe and burger to show them. They did replace it but again it was messed up cause it only had 1 patty instead of 2 and I know that’s not how a monster burger is made because I used to be a general manager at a Hardee’s location. I would really like this to be addressed and compensated for my order.

I'm pretty bummed out right now. I just picked up Hardee's on my way into work and it was a total bust at this location. I'm staring at what's supposed to be a chicken BLT and three chicken tenders, but it's Trash. First off, the chicken BLT… It's burnt to a crisp. Seriously, I can't even bite into it, it's so rock hard. And the kicker? I asked for extra crispy bacon, and it's anything but. It's just limp and sad, definitely not what I was looking for. Then there are these "tenders." They're so dry and overcooked they're practically jerky. And tiny! I'm pretty sure they gave me chicken nuggets

I go to this hardees 3 times a week. We live an hour away and I work 12 hr shifts. When I get off I bring my husband to davenport for his dialysis treatment. I then come to this hardees and get breakfast. Drive thru is fast and the guy that normally works drive thru is great. When I get to the window the guy takes my money. A few seconds later and older African American woman is shoving my food at me. I was just barely able to grab the bag before it fell into my lap. Checked online and saw breakfast biscuits on sale. Looked for expiration and found none. Arrived at the store and rang up over $11 for 2 biscuits. Was then told sale had expired. Omelet biscuits were on sale, so ordered them instead. Waited at the window for 5+ minutes before getting my order. Guy at the window was standoffish and was apologetic for nothing. Not sure I will be returning anytime soon. There are other Hardee's I can go to.
