In 3 of my last visits, I was not served 2 times. One of the times, I go in at 8:15pm and they close at 9pm. When I go in there, there is a lady cleaning and she tells me that her system is down and she can’t serve me. The other time I went in, I waited in the restaurant for at least 5 minutes, ringing the doorbell multiple times trying to get someone to come out from the back where I can hear them talking and choosing not to serve us. First Issue. The website when ordering dropped a sandwich from the order. I believe it was at the same time I was entering the code for buy 1 get 1 free coupon code. But it disappeared and I caught it after the order was placed reviewing the total. So I ordered a second order to get the sandwich with another free one. So first problem is that issue I had with the order. But I was happy that I scored the coupon. Plus I wanted to try out their new Outlaw, Champ, Boss, Supreme Meats sandwiches. I ordered for pick up. Service and food were great. Only complaint is they never have soup anymore. Went at 4 PM and was told they ran out and couldn't make more. Why no soup for dinner time. Soup and sandwiches are the perfect combination. I know I cannot be the only one who loves the broccoli and cheese soup. Come on owners y'all need soup every day during cold months.
