The food here is fine — pretty much what you’d expect from Panda Express. It’s consistent, hot, and comes out quickly. The Orange Chicken is solid, the chow mein does the job, and overall it’s a reliable option when you want something fast and familiar. Nothing mind-blowing, but nothing terrible either. It serves its purpose. Where things fall short is the customer service. It’s not that anyone is rude or hostile — it’s more about the lack of basic courtesy. Something as small as saying “thank you” or “you’re welcome” goes a long way in making customers feel acknowledged and appreciated. Inst

Usually go to the drive through. I can say moves fairly quickly and the food great as usual. Eli however, is the face of the drive thru and here’s where it turns interesting in a negative way. Multiple other reviewers have expressed exactly the same thing: he lacks courtesy. No greeting, no welcome, doesn’t look at you, sticks the rewards scanner or the credit card machine out the window for you to tap. Incredibly impersonal and not customer oriented. I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this visit was underwhelming. I ordered a Bigger Plate and even paid extra for a premium entrée, expecting a hearty portion. What I got looked more like a regular plate—or less. Honestly, I’ve had more food with a regular plate in the past. The taste was the usual Panda fare, nothing wrong there, but the value just wasn’t there this time. If I’m paying extra, I’d like to feel like I’m getting more than a couple extra bites. Probably won't be going out of my way to return anytime soon.

The plant based orange chicken was cooked fresh, it was crunchy, sweet, spicy - all the good things. Staff did great preparing and delivering good food and service. It was clean, lots of seating (including an outdoor area). This was our first time at this location, will be back!!
