I’ve been coming to Einstein Bros. Bagels in Dearborn for a long time, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The customer service here has always been outstanding. First time here and it was really good. There was a group of locals that congregate twice a week there and have coffee and breakfast. It is that casual and comfortable. One of the employees knew it was our first time there and really took the time to go over how the orders are done. Will definitely go back.

Had the All Nighter which was delicious and the Strawberry Banana Smoothie which was a bit sweet for my liking, so just alright but not really a typical smoothie. The actual eating area atmosphere was nice, but the bathrooms were surprisingly kinda gross..and had a horrible urine stench in each. 😬 Service was great! No complaints there, everyone was kind and attentive.

I came in when the building first opened and was told by the lady preparing the bagels in the image I have below that usually the eggs are usually already made which is unsanitary. The lady at the cash register prepared my Bros Bay Breeze drink with no ice and didn’t fill it up all the way as y’all can see in the image below I asked her can she put more in the cup she and the other lady said they typically put ice in the drink so that’s why they barely filled it up but me asking for the drink with no ice was literally me wanting more drink in the cup she could’ve easily put more liquid inside
