In terms of the subs, they definitely got the best ones in the area. Customer care can be much better by adding additional staff. For example, if you are on the line for 5 min to order, and at the same time someone calls to order, they will take the phone order first, regardless of the time you are waiting. Also most of the time there are not any napkins, salts or sauces on the tables. Another point is, this restaurant usually charges dine-in customers after they finish their food.
