Absolutely loved my experience at Shatila Bakery! The ambiance is fantastic, and the beautiful interior makes it a perfect place to sit down and relax. They offer an incredible, massive selection of desserts and ice creams, but the absolute standouts for me were the orange Kunafa and the fresh-squeezed Pomegranate juice. The flavors were incredible and tasted so fresh.

The assorted Baklava are the best I have ever had. They make a great gift and a good treat. I really like the fingers and the Inside this place is decorated very well and is very clean. There is an open seating area with fun parm trees. English isn’t the main language going on, but Isn’t a major issue.

A truly amazing take on Baklawa! I am usually not a fan of some aspect but this was sensational! The pistachio texture and the flakiness of the crust was fantastic! What a great place for all types of desserts! They had ice cream, baked goods, cake slices, coffee and tea etc! I would highly recommend this place for all dessert needs!

Their attitude was very disappointing. A business that presents itself with a Muslim identity should reflect values of respect and hospitality, but that was not my experience. I have received more courteous service at many non-Muslim-owned businesses. As a non-Arab customer, I did not feel welcomed, so I would not recommend this place to others with a similar background. The service staff could benefit from improving their hospitality and customer service skills.
