I usually don't buy drinks for breakfast other than tea from other restaurants, but I decided to try Dunkin's golden hour refresher. The medium size is usually $4.29, but with the app it's only $3. Okay, now they got me hooked on this drink. I've actually picked it up along with either a kolache or a breakfast wrap like 10 times this month! This drink is so good! I don't like a lot of ice in my drinks and often order drinks with no ice, so I'm glad there is a less ice option on the app. They have done a great job every time about giving me very little ice, so I can enjoy more drink. It’s alright service. The cleanliness of the building is not exceptional, but acceptable. I’ve been told I couldn’t make a modification on the amount of ice I wanted put in a beverage and have encountered not so nice employees many times.

I want to share some feedback because my experience today made me very uncomfortable as a paying customer. While I was sitting and drinking my coffee, I noticed a lot of yelling and harsh comments being made in the coffee shop. What concerned me most was seeing the owner or manager speaking to employees in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way. It created a tense environment, and it didn’t feel welcoming at all. On top of that, my coffee wasn’t prepared correctly. Overall, the atmosphere and the behavior I witnessed made it hard to enjoy my visit.

Dunkin’ on center streets AC is NOT working. The workers said that they can not get it fixed until Monday at the earliest. These poor people’s shirts are SOAKED. Shame on management for allowing them to work in these conditions!!! Also they have no working bathrooms either!!!
