This my lunch & coffee break location, consistently one of best ones i been to. Food is always fresh, hot, made right. Employees here move fast even during rush hour, and always with best attitude (makes a huge difference). Even on rush hour the restaurant is always clean, and the restrooms too. Management always greeting customers as they walk in, you dont see that everywhere.

Service could have been better considering there was no one in line. The young men had good attitudes tho but slow moving . They kinda remind me of Beavis & Butthead. The blonde hair one really tried hard to get the order back right but it went left so quick. They forgot my cookie too. I didn't even know that until I was on 225 headed to downtown. I decided to try the boneless wings and they were really good. They didn't give me napkins but the one inside the fork set. I just didn't like that because who only uses one little tiny napkin while eating some drenched BBQ wings is all I'm saying. T

This is my favorite Whataburger to go to in Deer Park, LaPorte and Pasadena. I always get the best service and the food is always hot and fresh. They have a young lady there that just became a Manager and she spoke to me about some questions I had and she was extremely polite and helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of.

Customer service was great as far when it comes to being talked to on the intercom and handing our food but the food was horrible. Fries were super soggy, break tasted old and my niece never received her cookie that was supposed to be with the kids meal. Step up your experience on the grill and do a better job delivering food to customers who pay with the money that they work hard for.
