It took a long time to order. Then I was waiting for over 5 mins for my food,which my Carmel frosty had Carmel dripping down the side. Ppl in line to order just up and left by how long it was taking. The guy in front of me was pulled up waiting for his food, and was still there waiting while I was leaving. Had to wait to pull away from the window as more ppl were leaving the line. I love the food at Wendy's. But now, im very disappointed and will not be returning. this was ridiculous..... OK!!!!! update. I live 0.4 miles away. The fries were cold. Ordered through the Wendy’s app and drove to this location. They were out of Frosties, which I understand can happen. What frustrated me was that instead of offering a refund or replacement, an employee took my phone and changed the order to a different Wendy’s location several miles away without asking first. At that point, I decided to go to McDonald’s instead. Better communication and asking for customer approval before making changes would have made for a much better experience.

The food was very good, once it came out. We ordered in the restaurant, and it took around 40 minutes to get food. Our orders were not complex, just chicken nuggets and a drink. It’s clear that they just don’t have enough workers and the workers that are here are stressed and overworked. It just makes the difference that it’s supposed to be FAST food.

5 people waiting for orders inside the building…. I get they were busy, but I watched the employee in charge of assembling/bagging the orders stand at the fryer, mouth breathing while watching the fries cook for several minutes. Then, after they were done, she turned around and said she was waiting for sandwiches and proceeded to stand there doing nothing for another few mins.
