This is quite literally the worst service I have EVER seen in my life. The workers are singing, dancing, and laughing and taking their sweet time while people, including my friends and I, have been waiting for 1 hour+. The lady with red hair is doing absolutely NOTHING. If any high up district manager or higher sees this, you really need to reassess keeping this store open. I’m a manager in food service and I would fire just about every one that works here. Wow.

I came through on 4/24/2026 at about 9:15 pm. With 4 cars in front of me, I finally made it to the window at 9:49 pm. The important piece to know is that the delay was due to circumstances beyond their control (a technology issue). They were upfront about this as soon as you arrived to the speaker. They were pleasant, and were moving as quickly as the situation allowed them to. There is one gentleman, in particular, who is often working the window. The service is typically slow but the staff, especially the gentleman who typically works the drive thru window in the evenings is very friendly and always gets our order correct. Weird to say, but this taco bell is worth the wait for the friendly service. Thanks big dog!

I have been to fine dining establishments with multiple course meals quicker than trying to go through this Taco Bell's drive through. I have been sitting in for 30 full minutes without making it even to the speaker. This is without a doubt not only the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, but the worst restaurant period. I would rather get food poisoning from a gas station hot dog left on the roller for seven hours at 65° than ever try to come back here. I hope this place gets shut down & cannibalized by another McDonald's
