Actually a good experience here. They have the self service screens but not all the donuts in the cabinet were on the screen. When I told the young lady this she quickly rectified the situation by taking my order for me and telling me what other customers had thought about flavors I hadn’t tried yet. Toasted coconut is still my favorite though with a large ice coffee with cream and caramel.

I don’t usually give reviews on chain restaurants because I feel like we automatically expect a little less when it comes to franchises. However, this Dunkin absolutely deserves its praises. The employees are always above and beyond kind and greet you with a smile. My coffee is made right every time and the food is always hot and presentable. I go out of my way to visit this location for so many reasons. They’re one of the better ones for sure!

Went 25th of January 2026 at about 11am. I ordered a hot drink with flavored syrup and milk. Coffee was watered down with extremely little taste. Not much actual coffee in the drink. It deliberately taste like they added hot water or reused the grinds. Very little syrup, almost no flavor detected. It was a cup of hot water with not much else. That was the biggest disappointment. Was not crowded, so no excuse really. Ordered some food which was so-so. Will never go back.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!! You WILL get ripped off / overcharged. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a single donut. They told me the price was $.60 more than what the price was on the menu board (and yes, I recognize it's only $.60, it's not about the individual charge, it's about how many customers have they overcharged and stolen from). They continued to argue with me telling me that was the price. I took a picture and went in and showed the manager, who then lied and said it was a mistake. It was not a mistake, they were intentionally trying to overcharge me even after I told them
