Beautiful little bakery in the heart of downtown Des Plaines. Everything we had was delicious. My husband got the almond pretzel croissant, I got a spinach quiche and we shared a blueberry scone. We took a loaf of Parmesan sourdough home. It was still too hot and fresh that they could cut it for us, but that just spoke to how fresh it was. There was a line but it moved very quickly with everyone working behind the counter. We waited less than 5 minutes to order. They were kind and efficient. So glad this is just a few minutes from home, I plan on trying some of their drinks soon too!

Great little bake shop. Two things I know about the polish, they are the best brick layers and bakers haha. Great selection of sourdough bread and sweet bread, brownies, etc. Will definitely be coming back although this place is out of my way
