I am writing this to compliment this particular Buona. The food and staff are always wonderful at this location and it's always spotless. This past Christmas Eve we had a last minute change in our dinner plans. We scrambled to find catering. 1:00 PM we went to the Rosemont Buona and explained we needed catering for 10 people. Maria, at this location, walked us through pasta options with a salad and beef for enough in our party. She even offered us a drink while we waited. Top notch! We were relieved to say the least. It was ready before we knew it and were able to have a wonderful Christmas Ev

Decent place , food was good not great, they forget some of our online order & had to go back. I think Portillos is still far better in my opinion but I would try it again.

I want to compliment the general mgr at the Mt Prospect location His name is Roger and he gave my 86 yr old mom the vip treatment. A prior visit there was just ok ,not the usual good food we get but Roger made sure everything was good. What a nice ,kind and professional gen mgr Food was great ,service was great. Please recognize Roger on behalf of my mom and I..Because if him we will continue to come back
