Sooooo I just want to say I’m actually shocked at how low the reviews are on Apple Maps. I went to First Watch the day prior because of it and wish I hadn’t. I say all that to say this is probably the best IHOP I’ve been to…like ever. I actually drank all of the coffee. My friend loved her waffle. My eggs were cooked perfectly. Now I will say that I wanted my steak cooked medium rare and it is very much well done, however they make up for it with the flavor. I was actually jealous of the other food that came out because all of it looked great. Not sure who is cooking, but please keep them!!! B

The breakfast was so good I loved the spinach and mushroom omelette and with that I had hash browns and ice vanilla coffee everything was so delicious and yummy I recommend to try this omelette

Been here about 5 times and the food itself is 4.5. They can do better with that iced coffee because I know it has ice(water) in it but as soon as I received my drink I tasted it right away & if it weren't for the chocolate inside I wouldn't have tasted anything because it has a weak watered down taste. I really appreciate the effort they put into maintaining a clean restaurant from the tables to the floors even to the bathrooms.

Brunch was crazy busy but staff was constantly cleaning and welcoming guests. Considering the volume of customers the food didn't take too long to be served. Our server ROSA was a rock star! She made us feel welcome and regularly followed up. Food was delicious as usual with IHOP! Thank you to everyone at this location.
