Took my (Puerto Rican) wife here for Mother’s Day lunch. What a little gem. While the strip mall it’s in has seen better days, this little cafe shines. The service is casual, so if you’re used to “hurry up an order, here is your check” then it may not be for you. The food is on par with any Cuban/PR place in the city. Next time we go early to test out the coffee options. Mom was happy…that made the rest of us happy. (Get one of their steak sandwiches, so good)
