I ordered a basic 12 piece chicken fries and when I bit into 1 it was hard as a rock and not even fresh. Like if you’re going to do something right at least make sure the food is fresh and not hard and dried out. The night crew were very unprofessional and were picking up trash cans and other things and then touching on food and drinks afterwards while I could see them through the drive thru window.

This manager need to be FIRED!!!She was EXTREMELY rude both to her customers AND her employees! I waited 30 minutes for just a double cheeseburger & small onions (which took up my entire lunch break). After the long wait the order was WRONG! She was not apologetic at all. Instead she had an attitude with EVERYONE. Burger King you will continue to lose business as long as this lady is employed there. Trust me…

Burger King hasn’t been a place I’ve eaten from in years because of past experiences with food quality and service. But tonight truly changed my perspective. That Whopper tasted like the ones from the 90s, and the fries… the whole meal honestly took me back to a time when things just felt better. It was like biting into a moment where people really took pride in what they did. And the service made it even better. The staff was so kind and thoughtful. They made sure my food was packed well, everything was hot and fresh, and I was even asked if I needed ketchup. It may seem small, but that level

They were trying to close way before midnight and they didn’t put what I really wanted on my sandwich on my sandwich. I was really looking forward to trying the ranch pickle chips and they were not there. This is supposed to be a special event burger then while I was in line, I heard a team member yell out damn all these people
