Let me start by saying my bartender was great and tried to make everything right. He even replaced my order with a different entree when my first choice didn't work out. I first ordered their corned beef sandwich, which he warned was greasy... but this was over the top. They toast the bread in somw sort of a crust. Grease from that combined with the overcooked corned beef, thousands island dressing and heavy load of pickles created a saturated mess that fell apart when you tried to pick it up. Separately, an $11 order of fries arrived that I didn't order. Waiter said I was free to eat

I preface this with two things: 1. I will gladly spend $30+ on a quality entree 2. I have never posted a negative review in my thirty years of life To say Gilly’s was disappointing is an understatement. I am willing to look past high prices for a great dining experience. I am also willing to look past subpar food at a cheap restaurant. But to have such outrageous prices with such bad food is just baffling. $20 for a basic cheeseburger without any sides. $11 for a side serving of fries that are labeled as “salt and vinegar” but taste like plain frozen fries served in a small cup. The crowd was diverse and full of sports enthusiasts, which added great energy to the space. The venue features two levels with large tables that comfortably seat eight without feeling crowded, plus big screens everywhere so you don’t miss a play. On Saturday nights after 9, a DJ sets the vibe between plays, creating a lively, upbeat atmosphere. While the food didn’t particularly stand out — it was more in line with standard sports bar fare — the overall experience was solid. 8/10 overall

Atmosphere is great! No doubt about that. Our server was very kind and attentive as well! The food though. Wanted to love it so much but I just didn't. It's so sub par when I really expected it to be excellent based on the ambiance and decor of this place (and prices). We ordered the mini corn dogs, pizza rolls, chicken muffuletta, guacamole and chips and also a burger. The guacamole was the standout to be honest. The mini corn dogs and pizza rolls felt like they came out of a freezer and the chicken muffuletta? Not worth the price at all in my opinion. No chips, no fries, nothing on the side
