I have never experienced so many errors in my order at any other Mc Donald's but this one definitely takes the Trophy 🏆. Today was no different and I believe I will not visit this location again. [Lovely work ethic being displayed here]

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this McDonald’s location. I placed an order through the mobile app and even redeemed my reward points for it. However, when I arrived, the staff told me that their system did not show my order and refused to prepare my food. What made the situation worse was their extremely rude attitude. Even after I showed them the order record and payment deduction on my phone, they completely ignored me and offered no real help. They kept asking me for the 4-digit code from the app, but I clearly explained that the McDonald’s app had just been up

I went through the drive-thru around 3:10 PM on 2/22. I ordered two Happy Meals, one McCrispy medium combo, and a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets. When I got home, I found a long hair inside one of my son's Happy Meal chicken nuggets. This is extremely gross and unacceptable, especially since it was for my child. I did not take the receipt, but I paid at the drive-thru around that time. Please advise how this can be resolved.

I rarely leave reviews but I am leaving one in hopes the manager sees so that they clear house and fire people. I order at 8pm Mon 4/27, I ordered ahead through the app, when I got there I was the ONLY car in the entire drive through. I received my drinks right away, then proceeded to wait an extra 20 minutes, where it felt like I was ignored and forgotten, not them being busy. Several of the workers were talking and chatting infront of me, when they saw I was annoyed they asked me to pull forward so I would be out of their sight. I hope things change and I will not be coming back to this loca
