I have never been so disappointed! I ordered the double smash burger and fries. $11.42....... I got home and opened the hamburger to not a double, it was a undercooked patty that was missing a large chunk....... I am so angry, how can they do this? Also, I didn't take a picture but I only had half an order of fries...

If you like a Philly sandwich just go to Jersey Mike's they are hands down better. Meat was chopped up so much i couldn't tell it was steak and just tasted like the grill. For a new facility the lobby sure could have used a wipe down. No one had hairnets on and I watched so much cross contamination happening it made me afraid. Won't be back.

There’s a reason you don’t see anyone here. I wanted to leave before I placed my order but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was right the steak sandwich was awful and not worth $15 at all

I'm not one to complain as you could see from most of my reviews and I'm a huge Bruchi's fan normally. And nothing about the staff, they were great and service was fast enough. This classic chicken sandwich came to 9.14$ for a regular size and it was just ok and on the heavy side of dry and chewy from sitting too long maybe? I had water with it and it couldn't help choke this sandwich down. This is from the store on East Sprague and I will take the longer drive to go to the Bruchi's on highway 41 as they are a lil less expensive plus they serve ice cream!! I may b back one day but don't coun
