I ordered pastelitos and a tray of bocaditos. I was highly disappointed with the bocaditos because they hardly had any pasta de jamon on them. I tried calling the number on my email and the phone went into a message asking for remote access.

I ordered a Pan con Bistec with everything included and specifically asked for ketchup and mayonnaise. Instead of preparing the sandwich properly, I was handed mayonnaise in a container and ketchup packets on the side. That might work if I were sitting down, but not when I’m eating on the road with no utensils. It defeats the purpose of ordering it “with everything.” The bigger issue was the portion and quality. The sandwich had far more bread than steak—the meat portion was extremely small, about the width of two fingers, and nowhere near what you would expect for the price. On top of that,

Unfortunately, I can’t give a good review. The éclair seemed old - the pastry tasted dry and the dough was thick and hard. The other dessert was also not great, as both desserts were overly sweet 🙁 *The desserts look excellent from the outside, which is why we decided to try them, but we were very disappointed.

Really bad experience. Food was very old, I asked the lady to replace for fresh but that’s all for the day and was only around 2:30 pm. The pan de bono was hard and croquet too, empanadas one of them was empty inside and very hard. I don’t recommend this place at this location. I love all pinecrest bakery, but this place was horrible. Really disappointed ☹️
