This was our first visit, and I can tell you we will be back! The food was delicious, very tasty. Had a fish sandwich and they give you a choice of fish, we chose Flounder and it was cooked to perfection. Their onion rings where hot and crispy. Looking forward to trying some Fried Green tomatoes next time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impeccable Customer Service Captain Hooks was an unexpected find, and I’m glad we stopped. My man had just gotten off work and was set on Church’s Chicken. We drove to one that Google said opened at 10:00 AM, but when we arrived, they still weren’t open at 10:30. While figuring out our next move, I remembered passing Captain Hooks. The guys working there are nice. The food was good and hot, but the grease did taste old and so did my fries. However, the shrimp were hot and well seasoned. I also had fish which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which I usually don’t like. But I think that this place hit the spot that I was looking for in Dothan. The prices are reasonable too. I’ll definitely be back.
