This ARBY’s has fallen off. I spent $16 on a brisket sandwich, fries, and mac and cheese. Let’s discuss the shitty BRISKET. It was horrible! It was kinda cold and it was dry and rubbery. Likewise, the FRENCH FRIES were cold and hard. The MAC and CHEESE bowl was tiny and the macaroni was not fully cooked. The best part of my meal was the Dr. Pepper from the self serve drinking machine. Arby’s used to taste good but not anymore! It’s over for me!

Completely unacceptable experience. My wife and I visited the Arby’s in Dover, DE (1708 location) expecting a simple, peaceful meal. We were the ONLY customers inside, yet from the moment we approached the counter, the employee’s attitude (Keiasia) was cold, dismissive, and openly unwelcoming. Instead of being greeted like paying customers, we were made to feel as if we were loitering—despite clearly being in the process of ordering. There was no confusion. Just unnecessary hostility. The two ladies at the cash register were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was spotless. Food was very good, and was ready right away. My son loved the mint milkshake and as always curly fries were great!
