Sushi Nova was phenomenal! I was in town for a work conference and walked over to this place, since it was nearby. I ordered the Spicy Crispy Tuna Roll in store and got it as takeaway. The service was incredibly fast, considering it was around 7 PM when I stopped in. I had my sushi roll in hand within 5 minutes of placing my order. My spicy tuna roll was delicious! The fish was so fresh! I know it sounds ridiculous but I hate when my fish smells/tastes super fishy. I was surprised to find the tuna on my roll was light, almost buttery!
