I went in to order pickup around 3 or 4pm. I only went in because the open sign was lit. There were no other customers at the time. The service was poor. I was ignored when I first entered and the person at the register seemed annoyed I was there. I ordered 4 things and when I got home, one thing was missing. I ordered the boneless buffalo chicken and it was super soggy and unappetizing. The calzone was pretty good so I ate that first. I refrigerated the chicken and tried airfrying a bit over a day later to try to salvage it. That was a mistake because I got food poisoning from the chicken. S

Very hit-or-miss with their items. Most recently got a “breakfast calzone” (egg, cheese, bacon, ham, sausage). I ordered through their preferred online method, Slice, and the menu is not set up correctly, and made me choose between “light cook” and “well done” — not wanting my food to be burnt I left it on the default of “light cook”. After bringing home the food, the box was at the slightest angle, and a fountain of what I thought was grease poured out of the corner of the box and all over my clothes and furniture. Not sure if this is new people or not but just payed 9 dollars for a tray of French fries I need to throw out. Absolutely insane to hand someone a container of black burnt French fries. What would go through a person mind at any restaurant to put that in a container and hand it to someone? I will never come here again they seem to not care about customers
