The cashier leaves her drive-thru window open confusing the customer at the window, which ain't proper customer service. When I pulled up to the window that was open I thought the cashier was ready to serve me but she was taking orders on her headphone, she came up to the window very quickly and said a price and walked away. She proceeded to get a manager to the window, I believe she thought I was being difficult, and the manager said she was waiting on me. I feel bad for not reviewing when I had a good experience of this place. Usually, during the day, the food and coffee is good. I even had Dunkin earlier today and everything was good. But it might be my fault for wanting a decaf after 6 in the afternoon. The coffee was horrible, I took two sips but I couldn’t drink it and I threw it out. Unfortunately, I haven’t received receipt from this place in the many times I’ve gone. The assorted munchkins were at least good enough. The cashier also stayed silent, neither a hello nor a goodbye. My family and I were in town over night for the Arizona Bowl football game. This location was just up the road from our hotel. Seeing as how my kids love the donuts and I am rather fond of the cold brew coffee, my daughter and I stopped by. Upon entering there was a group of people sitting at the tables waiting for their companion to pay for their order. The only issue was that their companion was stoned out of his mind.
