I should have known better not to come here, esp after being good with my diet, i ruined it. Being taco tuesday, after target, I stopped by to get one crunchy asada taco and she gave me the soft taco I didn't care for!! I took couple bites then tossed it. The hot sauce was better than the taco. And for the mini churros, what a waste!! It was hot and freshly made but the batter was not so much of a churro batter, it seemed like bready. The flavor was there but not the complete taste, the sweet cream was ok. Sorry, but I will not be returning. I was highly disappointed even for a fast foo

This location sucks. They also like having plastic in their grilled chicken taco. All the workers except the lady preparing the food just talk in the back. I showed drive thru lady with glasses and she just says "oh", and that's it. No wonder why this location is slow; there's no customers at the drive thru nor inside at 11am weekday.

I ordered 2 shrimp tacos and received 2 tacos with absolutely burnt shrimp. The shrimps were literally black and you could barely tell they were shrimp. I went inside to ask if they would remake them for me. I was very polite when asking for a replacement and the lady working the front literally said "you asked for shrimp tacos and that's what we gave you". Yeah, if you consider shrimp fresh out of molten lava in the depths of a volcano, then yes, they gave me shrimp. We went back and forth for a while, I remained very calm and polite. The location is great, The atmosphere is great. The cleaning is great and the food is great. My complaint is the Customer Service, Employees there lack work ethics. Lazy , inattentive, very unprofessional. My order took way too long because there was a girl in the kitchen, preparing the food and she was on her cell phone and I heard the whole entire conversation and it was just all gossip . Took way too long on my order because she was so distracted on the phone. I was not happy. Cell Phone should not be allowed while on the clock.
