She checked on us regularly, had a positive attitude, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. The food came out correctly, and her customer service really stood out. I’m currently pregnant, so this was especially frustrating. The kids’ meals came with barely any eggs, which was really disappointing. Out of four drinks, only one had ice, and we were only given one straw for five drinks. I specifically asked if everything, including utensils, was in the bag and was told yes—but when I got back to the hotel, there were only four silverware packs and still just one straw. Had one of the worst experiences here. First, the service was incredibly slow. We waited 15–20 minutes just to have someone take our order, while multiple servers were walking around chatting with each other. It felt like we were being completely ignored. Then the food came out, and it was not what I expected at all. I ordered burger sliders thinking I’d get actual beef patties, but instead it was pulled beef. Food was really good. I had a veggie omelet and a double cheeseburger. Our server, Malcom, was personable and accurately took our order (3 people) without writing anything down! Some things could have been cleaner, and at the same time, I've experienced wayyyy worse. Thanks for the nostalgia - my friend and I used to go to Dennys all the time when we were stationed together. 🙏
