Te Azia took our order today at the drive thru. She was patient with us as we tried to make up our mind. She did not make us feel rushed. She was kind and courteous. When she gave us our food, she did so with a smile and a pleasant tone. Her smile was infectious. Great customer service is hard to find, but we did find it today with Te Azia.

I thought I would give this specific taco bell a second chance after finding hair rolled in my burrito a year ago. But tonight my nachos had hair in the nacho cheese. Definitely not trying this place again. ☠️

I usually go to this Taco Bell, and have not had many issues. However, I tried the online app to make my order faster. I’ve never used this app in the past. I went up to the drive-through, and it said on the app that my order was ready. When I went up to the actual window the girl working there told me that it was not ready yet and to “wait “and they would prepare my food. I parked in the parking lot thinking that someone will be bringing my food. I waited a good ten minutes and no one was coming so I knocked on the door to ask them and she rudely gestured to go around to the drive-through. I

Took 22 minutes to get a burrito, a taco and a chalupas. When I did finally get it, the burrito was barely holdable and falling apart at the end and the chalupa was in the box upside down, yes, completely inverted like Maverick over the MiG. Terrible by every count. The cashier wanted to tell me about her workers comp injury after acknowledging that I was on the phone. Like... seriously?
