I usually eat at this location at night. Thought it would be safe to go in here during the day and still receive the same quality food. Not so. As you can see by the picture I got a taco shell that was halfway full of ingredients which is crazy when there's three ingredients to go in that little tiny taco shell.. person left in charge apparently since everyone was treating her like management was too busy on her phone in the parking lot for 20 minutes sitting in her car to come in and make sure that her staff was filling orders properly.

This place isn’t what it was about 4 years ago. I have been here a few times and they have always messed up our orders. We have food intolerance to certain ingredients and kindly ask for that accommodation they put it on screen, review it and make the other incorrect. Customers pay a lot of money for their food and quality is no longer there. Cashier young lady at drive thru always seems to be mad or have an attitude. There is a young man who is very polite and attentive. Other than that we just decided not to continue coming to this location.

My husband and I went to our nearby taco bell location on south cedar ridge and we walked in wanting nachos bell grande. My request was for toppings in separate container from the chips. Requested extra cheese, double ground beef. No smiles. Complete drudgery on the managers face. One couple sitting down eating. No one in drive thru. They were not busy. A few to go bags waiting for pick up. We came home and the toppings were sad. These cost $10+ each!!! Does this look $10+ worth? We feel ripped off 😪 😕

Dee was on duty when I ate here. She was very friendly and made sure everything was fresh. I love their tacos here, the shells don't break. Thanks Dee for all you do!! I will return!!
