If I could give 0 stars I would. I just got off from a long shift at the hospital and decided to come to Wendy’s for a 4 for $4. I was the only person in the drive thru and I was greeted with an AI. I requested to speak to a person to which they responded “we will be right with you.” That was okay. What wasn’t okay was when I was given a hamburger with hard bread, a drink with no ice, and the incorrect dipping sauce. I swung back around. I told the kid that the bread was hard on my sandwich and that I would like a sweet and sour sauce. He said “the sauce is 0.50” I said “I was given a honey BB

I was the only person in the drive thru. Took them almost 10 minutes to get me my food. Fries, cold. Nuggets, cold. Soda, tastes like they ran out of syrup (u know). JBC, cold. Sauce, missing from bag. And I did not get a receipt. The Wendy's on Gulf To Bay recently closed out of nowhere. Literally there one day, gone the next. Idk what's going on with Wendy's, wouldn't be surprised if this location shut down. Corporate needs to reign in ok these stores and pay their employees more so they care about their jobs.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but today my husband and I came in for dinner because who wants to cook after a long day? 😂 We were welcomed by a young man named Jake at the register. He was very kind and made great suggestions on what to order! He’s a sweet young man, and I can definitely see him becoming a manager one day if he continues on this path. Thank you for your help today, Jake! And thank you, Wendy’s, for having such a great team!
