Went for a Saturday date night. Cozy atmosphere with holiday decorations, and there were a few tables open so no wait. My go-to roasted duck curry was a winner as usual, and we tried their new pho-style beef noodle soup that was delicious and generously portioned. The fresh rolls we had as appetizer were ok but nothing to write home about - somewhat dominated by lettuce.

My favorite restaurant in Durham. I'm vegan and there are plenty of options here that I can eat. I usually order the volcano tofu and enjoy it every time. Staff are polite and the restaurant interior is nice. Wait times are surprisingly short. Prices seem fair (especially since when i get takeout the leftovers can last me 2-3 meals). Highly recommend :D

Not fancy, just good Consistently good Thai food and service in a convenient location. When we don’t feel like cooking or just want a quick break, Thai Cafe fits the bill very nicely. We are creatures of habit who enjoy the nam tok, crispy catfish, red and green curries, and shrimp Pad Thai. Highly recommended.
