I was in the other day and had a less than great experience. The kid in the drive through sounded kinda bored, fine, whatever. But then my large cinnamon nirvana latte was HOT. Maybe the hottest drink here ever and actually hurt my tonge. I took the off the lid to cool it off and was surprised to see it was maybe 3/4 full. Pretty disappointing overall. I'd had a so-so experience here before, so this might be it for me. ☹️

Great customer service! Stopped in to get some whole beans today that needed to be individually weighed out and was helped by John who was working by himself. He was awesome and balanced getting drinks out while weighing out my bean order. He was a trooper with a great attitude!

The staff was quick and courteous, it has classic coffee shop atmosphere & is clean. That said this was by far the worst cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time. The medium roast on offer smelled & tasted like tires. The muffin advertised as pistachio was clearly just almond flavoring & green food dye. Maybe other beverages are better but having bad drip when you roast your own beans is kind of unforgivable.

2025 update: this Dunn has been declining significantly in recent years. You will be greeted by scuffed walls, dirty tables, and a lot of dust. The counter staff seem like they would rather be doing something else. The store seems to be doing less cleaning of their espresso machine, so the coffee they add to drinks has declined in quality and flavor. You may not notice it in strongly flavored lattes or mochas. Something happened here, the atmosphere of caring has changed, it seems like they are without leadership. Old review: Unlike Starbucks and Caribou, Dunn still has a manual espress
