Shaved headed gal with pink in her hair almost single handedly made me a non-returning customer- she laughed at us for ordering "hot and ready" pizza on a Friday night. And sarcastically said "yeah. Thats going to be 20 minutes" I called the establishment and the manager was so awesome and helpful in helping us feel better.

At 6pm they should have a variety of pizzas "hot and ready" the only option was regular pepperoni. No cheese pizza, no cheesy bread unless you wait 15 minutes. Kinda defeats the point of Little Caesars. We have had issues with waiting multiple times at this location. They need to plan better.

Went to the drive thru and asked about their deals their having. The shift manager was rude and when I asked what the deal exactly was he responded with condescending attitude and when asked his name he went silent and then the actual manager Katie got on with the same tone of attitude. Didn’t place an order, I’m part of the FB group in eagle mountain and I have seen HUNDREDS of comments about this particular location. Owners you need to do a total revamp of staff, but at this point it seems you are also part of the problem. Do better.

When this location first opened the Pizza quality was pretty good. Tonight though was a big disappointment. Ordered the "extra most bestest" and what we got wasn't even the equivalent of a Hot n' Ready! Hardly any pepperoni and the crust wasn't very good. Hopefully the quality will get back to what it was!
