Went through the drive through to grab lunch ordered a plate with half fried rice and half super greens. Recieved all fried rice. Ordered a cup of ice and they tried to charge me almost 2.50. I dont have enough time on my lunch break to go back to get it fixed guess I'm stuck with their screwups.

I ordered the two serving Beijing with rice and they put two big pieces of onion beneath the beef and on the other side rice at the bottom of the beef. Trying to cut down on the beef. Feel cheated

Stopped by the Eagle Pass Panda Express during a crazy busy lunch rush and Bri at the register absolutely stood out. She was genuinely kind, patient, and upbeat with every customer even while the line was nonstop. You could tell she actually cared about giving people a good experience instead of just rushing everyone through. Great customer service like that is rare these days. Huge shoutout to Bri for handling the pressure so well and still being so friendly. 5 stars all the way.
