I left feeling seen Ms.B took my order she was very such a pleasant lady. The atmosphere was very nice. The customer service is what keeps bringing me back it’s something that I truly value. It’s a bonus that the wait is never long . My food is always accurate and fresh. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and I absolutely love the banana milk shake. 10/10

If I could, I would give 1000 stars for the service alone. Miss Keona is a Rock Star! Trainer, mentor, manager, I do not know her title, but she had younger team members walking through the motions of what makes excellent service, and she did it with Courtney and respect to them. The facility was clean and welcoming. The food was hot. A missing item was quickly furnished with an apology and a cookie. Don't walk, RUN!... This is an experience as well as a meal!

As I was waiting for my meal I watched how management and the crew interacted it really made me want to put in an application just to be apart of the action going on in the back. Made me think “Whatafamily”. My food was fresh and my order was accurate. It didn’t take long for me to get my order. The atmosphere felt like home.

I loove how convenient Whataburger is by staying open so late and having different options, but the last two times I've been, I've been missing portions of my order. Earlier in the week I ordered the 9 piece wing combo, I only received 6 wings. Tonight I went through and my toast was missing from my tender combo. The staff is always friendly, you just have to make sure you received your order before driving off.
