I ordered a bacon double stack with no mustard and it shows on the paper printed on my sandwich, yet still there is mustard on it and in it… I work in the same place and was trying to eat before my shift and noticed the mustard. I was Not able to eat what I ordered because I would’ve been late to work if I went to exchange my burger. So now it was a waste of money. A waste of time and a waste of breathe I have To wait 13 hours for another sandwich because they closed at 2 and that’s when I take my lunch break and they don’t open until 7 am

I figured I'd give this Wendy's a try after a bad experience in Branford. I asked for my order with no pickles, I mentioned it at the order of my sandwich and again confirmed at the end of my order. No pickles. They make me very sick even if I remove them myself. Cant be there. I ordered at 1:15AM today. Doublestack NO PICKLES and a 10 pc meal. Fries were old, cold, and inedible.. I open my double stack... PICKLES ON THE SANDWICH. 16 DOLLAR ORDER THROWN IN THE GARBAGE I WANT A REFUND.

I just left here and the manager who I am assuming is the manager as he had on a collared shirt rather than a polo. He proceeded to argue with me about a drink. when I tried to ask for clarification he said I'll give you the receipt and threw the receipt at me which was totally uncalled for as it was simply a drink. My food was also made wrong but I was too afraid to say something and just left. My receipt says his name was Scott.
