This was our first visit to the Panda Express at Factoria Mall. While the interior feels a bit dated and could use an update, the overall experience was positive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, serving customers quickly even during a busy time. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and met our expectations for quality. Great customer service really stood out and made the visit enjoyable.

Although it was busy, the service was great. There was a very kind worker with pins on their hat. She was solving customer issues while preparing online and in person orders. We had to wait a few minutes for veggies which we were cool with. She was gave us an extra side unprompted for the wait. I hope she gets a raise, she deserves it. Food was great as well! 😊

I visited this location yesterday around 8 PM and had a very disappointing experience. One of the female employees treated me noticeably differently from other customers. I’m Asian, and while she smiled and greeted everyone else, she ignored me when I tried to order and gave me an unpleasant look when handing me my food. I had no prior interaction with her that would explain the behavior, which made me feel that she was being racist toward me. Came to Factoria mall full free parking 🅿️ good 👍 area atmosphere is nice and clean love the food 🥘 I order to go chicken teriyaki and beef 🥩 chow main at the time to pay I to sit and dine in and when I ask for a bag they told me it cost 8 cents for a bag the issue is not about the 8 cents the issue is I have leftovers in a to go box and they supposed me to give me a bag when I ask her for a bag she refuse to give me !!! And I ask her WHEN CUSTOMERS COME ORDER FOR TO GO U DONT GIVE A PLASTIC BAG ? She lie to me and she says she does not provide a bag for customer I’m really in shock 😳
