Was craving a breakfast sandwich late in the day and decided to get a Bigby Bragel with a Matcha Latte. We really appreciated the great service Kayleena provided us and the great deal we got on our meals.

I'm hoping this was a fluke for this place but my experience wasn't great. I just ordered a black coffee. When I got it, they just set it on the counter for me to assume it's mine I guess. I was prepared to take off the lid to let it cool down but it was just warm. I kind of like my coffee on the cool side so it's not a big deal for me. It just puts into question how fresh the coffee is. I only paid like $3 and some change so I didn't bother complaining.

This is genuinely the slowest Biggby I’ve ever been to. The drive thru always takes 25+ minutes. The workers are nice, but the service is so slow.

We got some cream frozen mango thingama do hicker. Overall it was pretty delicious, really popped some zip into my step. The wifey ended up getting some caramel coffee iced milk oat milk for the hint of caramel on the side of the oat milk. The service was very nice, three wonderful young ladies working, and the AC here was very very delicious. Overall the surface is great! Everyone here deserves a raise.
