I literally just left there to place an order in person and as soon as the guy came from the back he told me they were closed. Which was clearly a lie….closed at 2PM? If you’re closed then how do you have orders ready for pick up? He just didn’t want to take my order and clearly doesn’t want to work. Outrageous to have someone turn away business because of laziness I would look to replace this person immediately. Horrible service. This took place at the Pizza Hut located at 4384 US-130 in Willingboro, NJ.

We have been here 4 times over 2 years and every time we call ahead, place our order and drive there to pick it up. We get there int he time frame they told us it would be ready and its not ready, so we wait. Then when they are available to give us our food and let us pay, they tell us they dont have what we ordered and they are so understaffed they can't get it for us or its been sold out but they can make something else for us if we're willing wait for them to make it. Shouldn't this been said when we ordered the food! Nice people. Could be cleaner. Meh food. Bad buisness. Dont recommend. Wi

Horrible customer service and I caught a working mopping that floors and then touching tha food, no gloves no washing hand.. I ordered and never got my food instead I got attitude and door close in my face. And I just wanted to try pizza hut cause its been a while. I shall not be going back.. if I could give no stars I would. That female employee needs some attention adjustment..

Please shut this place down. I ordered through door dash a meat lovers pizza. Nothing fancy. They sent me a pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. I’ve ordered from here previously and it’s never done properly and I just can’t wrap my brain around how complicated can making a fast food pizza be.
